Your room is available until 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
A late check-out is possible depending on availability and for an additional fee. Please request this in advance at reception. For a smooth and quick departure, we recommend settling your bill the evening before.
Your key card is required to open your room door, to activate electricity in the room, and to access the night entrance after 8:30 PM.
The card reader is located to the left of the hotel entrance door.
If you wish to store bicycles, we offer secure storage in the garage.
Please do not take bicycles into your room and do not charge electric bike batteries in the room due to fire risk.
If a fire alarm is triggered due to negligence (e.g. improper use of the stove, cigarette smoke, etc.), a fee of EUR 350.00 will be charged.
This covers the fire brigade’s response costs and will be passed on accordingly.

A children’s play area is located on the ground floor.
To ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment, we kindly ask children to remove their shoes on the carpet and to leave the play area as they would like to find it themselves.
You are welcome to wash, dry, and iron your laundry in our laundry room on the 1st floor.
For a fee, you can obtain a key card and further information at reception.
Please note that taking food from the breakfast buffet is not permitted.
As an alternative, we are happy to offer you a lunch package. Information is available at reception or from our service staff.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to avoid noise after 10:00 PM.
